Description:  Confused motorists try to work their way around this boxcar left in the middle of the intersection of Second and Barton Streets by the switcher while it runs around (you can see it off in the distance). The MP15DC pulled the boxcar to this location, and after it runs around it will push it the rest of the way to spot it at an industry off 3rd St.
